Ms. Rahat Sohail Ananna joined us as Advisor- Women’s Desk, an initiative of Talent Forum.
With more than 18 years of experience, she is a seasoned marketing professional with USPs in brand building, strategic marketing planning, and communication. She has crafted a variety of award-winning campaigns for many brands in various industries.
As Director of MBA, a SBU of Asiatic3Sixty and a part of the global media investment organization GroupM; she has been leading the company’s P&L since 2017. She has notable success working with top-tier companies in the FMCG, telecommunications, FI, construction, and agricultural industries.
In her role as Women’s Desk Advisor, she will oversee a group of professional women who will provide more than just advisory services to facilitate corporate women surmounting obstacles related to equal employment opportunity (EEO), workplace culture, diversity and inclusion, and career advancement. This is an external role that falls under the purview of the Women’s Desk policy.
This initiative carries a social contribution perspective rather than a commercial one. This initiative is opposed to thinking that in high-stakes scenarios, we at Talent Forum are the only ones responsible for it.
She is passionate about programs that promote women’s empowerment and development in the corporate & social sectors. And wants to create an impact in the knowledge-based economy by encouraging ground-breaking research and initiative that promotes women’s talent across industry, generation, and region.
And she embraces a high level of values and ethics in her profession.
Kaniz Sultana, FCCA; Program Advisor- Women’s Desk
Ms. Kaniz Sultana joined us as Program Advisor- Women’s Desk, an initiative of Talent Forum.
Her previous role at Unilever Bangladesh was Finance Business Partner, CD/Sales. She achieved notable feats at Unilever Bangladesh that contributed to the growth and topline of the company. She was a finance controller – NRS in Bata, Bangladesh, before that. She worked as the finance lead for ACI Limited and KPMG. She held a project controller position at an INGO. She collaborates with academic institutions to train accounting experts.
She upholds high achievement in business finance and passionately delivers results through experience, competencies, and intellect. She trusts in perpetual innovation in business finance partnering and its restructuring.

Nafisa Sharmin, Women Engagement & Outreach Manager– Women’s Desk
Ms. Nafisa Sharmin joined us as Women Engagement & Outreach Manager- Women’s Desk, an initiative of Talent Forum.
She brought experiences from the apex media companies in Bangladesh, i.e., Prothom Alo & bdnews24.com.
She manages the communication, engagement, and outreach functions of the Women’s Desk.
She is passionate about programs that promote women’s empowerment and development in the corporate & social sectors. And wants to create an impact in the knowledge-based economy by encouraging ground-breaking research and initiative that promotes women’s talent across industry, generation, and region.
She is a certified new business creator and the winner of a German entrepreneurial project competition. Her academic training from the University of Dhaka, BUET, and HMKW enables her to see business solutions in a range of applications.
She is a specialist in neuromarketing. She went through her master’s degree in international marketing and media management at the HMKW – University of Applied Sciences for Media, Communication, and Management in Frankfurt, Germany.
She manages her work globally from Frankfurt, Germany, in Europe.
Fairoze Samiha, Program Analyst– Women’s Desk
Ms. Fairoze Samiha joined us as Program Analyst- Women’s Desk, an initiative of Talent Forum.
She was a Young Professional (YP) in the Bangladeshi government’s Aspire to Innovate (a2i) program. Here, she managed the national mass community’s digital involvement program. She is one of the primary marketers of the largest e-commerce initiative of the Bangladeshi government, called “ekshop.”
Fairoze is highly engaged in groundbreaking global surveys and research, and she cultivates a professional talent sourcing network around the belief that full utilization of the critical talent pool is at the heart of business success.
Fairoze has successfully completed a number of global surveys, research projects, and talent sourcing projects for MNCs.
Following her BRAC University BBA program and University of Dhaka MBA program, she received good talent sourcing exposure from a HR consulting organization and continued to serve in talent sourcing capacities at one of the well-known companies based in Germany.
She is passionate about programs that promote women’s empowerment and development in the corporate & social sectors. And wants to create an impact in the knowledge-based economy by encouraging ground-breaking research and initiative that promotes women’s talent across industry, generation, and region.
She manages her work globally from Berlin, Germany, in Europe.
