Under the finance chapters’ initiative of the Talent Forum, Ms. Kaniz Sultana is working as a senior consultant in finance at the Talent Forum.

Within Unilever Bangladesh, she accomplished notable feats such as conducting thorough investment appraisals on CD/Sales projects prior to their launch, overseeing 14 financial projects concurrently, leading distributor financing operations throughout the country, effectively managing ROI-based distribution models, managing the audit of distribution houses throughout the country on a sample basis, utilizing consumer business intelligence to assess the sales performance of all sales regions of the country, and managing the financial hygiene of Unilever Bangladesh’s CD/Sales division.

She was a Finance Controller – NRS in Bata, Bangladesh, before to it. She worked as the finance lead for ACI Limited and KPMG. She collaborates with academic institutions to train accounting experts.

MD Asif Alam Bipul, Senior Manager- FMCG Distribution Business Restructuring at the Talent Forum

Under the sales chapters’ initiative of the Talent Forum, Mr. MD Asif Alam Bipul is working as Senior Manager – FMCG Distribution Business Restructuring at the Talent Forum.

His previous role at Unilever Bangladesh Limited was Area Manager under the division of CD/Sales before he joined the Talent Forum.

This position provides consulting services in the areas of restructuring, transforming, revamping, and optimizing for the entire retail and distribution business ecosystem, with an emphasis on the FMCG industry in a pan-Bangladesh application.

He is capable of building a blue ocean for distribution sales, upholds high achievement in sales, and passionately delivers results through experience, competencies, and intellect.

He worked for Unilever Bangladesh Limited, Marico Bangladesh Limited, and other reputed companies for more than 13 years.

His track record in retail sales, distribution management, trade marketing/BTL, channel growth, market audit & hygiene, modern trade, HoReCa, sales operations, sales capability RTM, and GTM is extremely strong and well-established.

He trusts in perpetual innovation in S&D and its restructuring. And he also possesses competence in managerial communication & leadership, and maintains ethics in his profession.
