M U Jahanggir has been working for last 12 years as a Lead Consultant, Consultant- Business Planning, Senior Consultant- Organization Development & Change Management, and Head of Human Resources.
This position represents Talent Forum to esteemed clients as a ‘business planning’, ‘organization development’, ‘organization restructuring’, ‘change management’, and ‘talent ecosystem’ facilitator – all of which can be combined to mean Organizational Capability Facilitator.
He provided consulting solutions to companies like Linde Bangladesh (BOC Bangladesh), Novartis Bangladesh (Sandoz Division), Sena Kalyan Sangstha (Bangladesh Defense/ Government), Social Marketing Company, SQ Group, FMCG Division- Aman Group, HSBC Bangladesh, Airtel Bangladesh, CBL (Munchee) Bangladesh, RAK Group and Prothom Alo.
He worked at BEXIMCO Communications Limited (Akash DTH) as Head of Human Resources. This management team member was responsible for strategic people management solution with a detailing to CEO and Board. This position has delivered results as a cluster Head of Human Resources as his extended responsibilities.
Before that he worked at Checkpoint Systems Inc, Bangladesh office (known as CCL Industries, US- Canadian based MNC) as “Country HR Manager/ Head of Human Resources”. This position was responsible for country HR operation both at factory and corporate capacities with global matrix reporting. This position was a member of Asia Pacific Human Resources Leadership Team (APACHRLT).
Prior, he worked at Transcom as Human Resources Manager, BRAC Bank Limited, Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC and United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), Country office.
He worked with/delivered results about to all major industries in Bangladesh positioning in corporate, factory, upcountry/regional, and international level. He was a knowledge sharing speaker from Bangladesh at HR Leaders Strategy Meeting – APAC region at Singapore.
He earned a business degree from East West University with honor, specializing in finance and human resources, an expert in strategy execution from the Harvard Business School, USA.
And he embraces high level of business acumen, values & ethics to profession.
