NDA On Confidentiality & IP For Clients

In consideration of the disclosure of Intellectual Property- IP of the client, the Talent Forum hereby confirms the following as part of policy matter:

• to hold the IP in strict confidence and to take all reasonable precautions to protect such IP.
• not to disclose any such IP or any information derived therefrom to any third person/organization.
• not to make any use whatsoever at any time of such IP except approval by any party.
• not to copy or reverse engineer any such IP.
