Hasan Md. Sharif is the Senior Manager of Organizational Development at Talent Forum. With extensive experience of 12 years in the Tech, FMCG, and Development sector, he excels in driving strategic HR initiatives.

This position represents Talent Forum to esteemed client as a ‘organization development’, ‘talent sourcing’ and ‘talent ecosystem’ facilitator.

At ShopUp, he managed HR functions for the Fintech Business division and was responsible for strategic people management solutions include change management, budgeting, policies, SOPs, and HRIS.

Previously, as a Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Specialist at Japan Tobacco International (JTI); Hasan managed the full recruitment cycle, developed employer branding strategies, and executed onboarding programs. His global recruitment experience was key in attracting top-tier talent and maintaining a robust external talent pool.

At BRAC he held various roles; including Deputy Manager in the Human Resource and Learning division and added value in his domain.
