We invite you to participate in this Next Global Talent Outlook survey, conducted by the Research, Innovation & IdeaCast Center, an initiative of the Talent Forum.

This global survey will objectively define the subjective, situational, and conditional talent essential for running corporate settings in the coming years.

In the 2023 edition, 500 senior professionals from over 120 MNCs—including more than 50 global giants with significant representation on the “Fortune 500”—and more than 100 top local organizations contributed to the worldwide survey’s impact. These contributors spanned 35 major industries/sectors and 55 countries across all continents.

The 2026 survey includes 16 topics and 50 statements and will take approximately 25 minutes to complete and will not seek any personal or sensitive information about you and your organization backed by an NDA regarding individuals, companies, and IP.

After completing the total survey, we will publish a book edition and share it with you to add value to you and your organization in this fierce talent competition.
