M U Jahanggir has been working for the last 12 years as a Chief Consultant, Lead Consultant, Consultant-Business Planning, Senior Consultant-Organization Development & Change Management, and Head of Human Resources.
This position represents Talent Forum to esteemed clients as a ‘business planning’, ‘OD’, ‘organization restructuring’, ‘change management’, and ‘talent ecosystem’ facilitator—all of which can be combined to mean “organizational capability facilitator.”

He worked at BEXIMCO Communications (Akash DTH) as Head of Human Resources. This SBU-level management team member delivered results as the cluster head of human resources as part of his extended responsibilities.
Before that, he worked at Checkpoint Systems Inc.’s Bangladesh office (this is now part of the CCL Industries-based US & Canadian-based MNC, the largest apparel label manufacturer in the world) as Country HR Manager/Head of HR. This position was responsible for country HR operations both at factory and corporate levels, with global matrix reporting. This position was a member of the Asia Pacific Human Resources Leadership Team (APACHRLT).
Prior, he worked at Transcom as HR Manager, BRAC Bank, Commercial Bank of Ceylon, and United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), Country Office.
He worked with/delivered results about all major industries in Bangladesh, positioning in corporate, factory, upcountry/regional, and international levels. He was a knowledge-sharing speaker from Bangladesh at the HR Leaders Strategy Meeting—APAC region in Singapore.
He earned a business degree with distinction, specializing in finance and human resources, and is an expert in strategy execution from the Harvard Business School, USA.
And he embraces a high level of business acumen, values, & ethics in his profession
