Hasan Md. Sharif is the Senior Manager of Organizational Development at Talent Forum. With extensive experience of 12 years in the Tech, FMCG, and Development sector, he excels in driving strategic HR initiatives.
This position represents Talent Forum to esteemed client as a ‘organization development’, ‘talent sourcing’ and ‘talent ecosystem’ facilitator.
At ShopUp, he managed HR functions for the Fintech Business division and was responsible for strategic people management solutions include change management, budgeting, policies, SOPs, and HRIS.

M Mostafizur Rahman has been working for the last eight years as Head of Administration/Head of Facilities Management.
He worked at BEXIMCO Communications Limited as Head of Administration. Before that, he worked at
Grameenphone Ltd. as Lead Manager and Head of Facilities Management.
