Ms. Shafaz Fatema, FCA, is a seasoned finance professional with more than 13 years of extensive experience in auditing, accounting services, liaison office establishment, and human resource management in Bangladesh. She currently serves as a Subject Matter Expert (Consultant)—Finance at the Talent Forum. This is an international professional platform that fosters collaboration and knowledge sharing across borders.
She gained substantial exposure to diverse industries, including manufacturing, trading, apparel, and international non-governmental organizations (INGOs).
She frequently conducts professional sessions on Power BI, USA Tax, accounting, finance, value-added tax (VAT), income tax, and corporate law.
She specializes in consultancy, corporate advisory services, financial planning, financial policy, audit, VAT & tax, and statutory finance in different global accounting platforms such as SAP, QuickBooks, and Xero. Subject Matter Expert—Business Finance | Talent Forum
Ms. Kaniz Sultana works as a subject matter expert in finance at the Talent Forum. With a focus on the FMCG, retail, and startup industries, this role offers business finance advisory services to the Talent Forum. This is an external role that falls under the purview of SME policy.
Her previous role at Unilever Bangladesh was Finance Business Partner, CD/Sales. Within Unilever Bangladesh, she accomplished notable feats such as conducting thorough investment appraisals on CD/Sales projects prior to their launch, overseeing 14 financial projects concurrently, leading distributor financing operations throughout the country, effectively managing ROI-based distribution models, managing the audit of distribution houses throughout the country on a sample basis, utilizing consumer business intelligence to assess the sales performance of all sales regions of the country, and managing the financial hygiene of Unilever Bangladesh’s CD/Sales division.
Before that, she was a finance controller at NRS at Bata, Bangladesh. She worked as the finance lead for ACI Limited and KPMG—the Big 4 companies. She worked for an INGO as a project controller. She collaborates with academic institutions to train accounting experts.

Mr. Rashedul Hasnat is an expert IR & HR legal with over 15 years of professional experience in IR, HR legal, and OD. He is the author of the Bangladesh Labour Law & Rules Book Practical Exposure and a member of the Gazipur District (nearby Bangladesh capital) Labour Court.
He is seasoned in Bangladesh on labor law & labor rules, and his training man-hours are 400 as external. He headed and managed MNC factory operations in Perfetti Van Melle & Pepsi in Bangladesh and made an impact in his domain. Apart from his current job, he serves as a subject matter expert—IR & HR Legal—at the Talent Forum.Â
He was the president of the FMCG HR Society in Bangladesh, where he played a strategic role in making its governing body and its impact on the talent community more effective.
